The Great British Bake Off semi-finalist Selasi Gbormittah has been announced as ambassador for international children's charity World Vision UK.
The charity aims to improve the lives of the world's most deprived children, and through this partnership they hope to 'throw a spotlight on often forgotten areas of their work'. Gbormittah, who moved to the UK from Ghana at the age of 15, commented 'I have always tried to help charities - in particular those focused on children - so I’m looking forward to supporting World Vision UK to help vulnerable kids living in the world’s harshest places'.
